ShopFresh4U – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in or using ShopFresh4U services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
 

1. Service Description

ShopFresh4U is a private, personal live grocery shopping and delivery service designed exclusively for seniors who are unable to shop for themselves. Customers participate in live shopping by video and phone and approve all items in real time.
 

2. Membership & Subscription

  • Membership is $69 per month
  • Includes 3 live grocery shopping trips per month
  • Each trip allows up to 60 minutes of live shopping
  • Unused trips do not roll over
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins
 

3. Live Shopping Approval

  • Customers watch live and approve all items during the shopping session
  • ShopFresh4U is not responsible for items approved by the customer
  • Once an item is approved, it is considered final.
 

4. Payment Policy – Cash App Only

🚨 ShopFresh4U accepts CASH APP PAYMENTS ONLY.
  • No credit cards
  • No debit cards
  • No cash
  • No checks
  • No Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or any other payment methods
All payments must be made through a Cash App account at delivery.
No exceptions.
 

5. Reimbursement & Receipts

  • ShopFresh4U pays for groceries at checkout on behalf of the customer
  • A valid store receipt is provided with every order
  • Customers reimburse ShopFresh4U at delivery
  • Customers are not charged until delivery is completed
 

6. Freshness Guarantee

ShopFresh4U shops fresh every time. Customers see items live before purchase. Freshness concerns must be raised during the live shopping session, not after delivery.
 

7. Product Availability

ShopFresh4U shop for items available at the selected store, including:
Produce, meat, seafood, poultry, dairy, deli, service deli, bakery, dry groceries, frozen foods, ice, liquor, cigarettes, and non-food items.
Availability depends on store stock. Substitutions are made only with customer approval.
 

8. Delivery

  • Delivery occurs after the live shopping session is completed
  • Customers must be available at delivery to complete Cash App reimbursement
  • Failure to pay at delivery may result in service suspension or termination
 

9. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited trip
  • No-shows may result in service suspension
  • ShopFresh4U may reschedule at no charge if cancellation is caused by emergency or unforeseen circumstances
 

10. Private Service Disclaimer

ShopFresh4U is a private membership service and reserves the right to accept, refuse, or terminate service at its discretion.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

ShopFresh4U is not responsible for:
  • Customer-approved purchases
  • Store pricing changes
  • Product recalls
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Allergic reactions
Customers are responsible for reviewing items during the live shop.
 

12. Electronic & Printed Signatures

Typing or printing your name on any ShopFresh4U form constitutes your legal signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature.
 

13. Changes to Terms

ShopFresh4U reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
 

14. Agreement

By enrolling, submitting an application, or using ShopFresh4U services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
